Directions:
From North (Auckland):
Coming into Taupo on State Highway One, cross over the control gate
bridge and take your first right into Redoubt Street (opposite
Woolworths Supermarket). Carry on down Redoubt Street and you will
enter the boat harbour. Follow the road around until you reach berth 9 next to the public boat ramp.
From South (Wellington):
Entering Taupo on State Highway One, continue along Lake Terrace for
approximately 5 k's. You will arrive in the Taupo
township, with Scenic Cellars & KFC to your right, the lake to your left.
Take your first left onto Ferry Road (beside the big Trout). Carry on
down Ferry Road and follow the road
until you reach berth 9 next to the public boat ramp.
