double loop your cable threw swivel loop with a double twist over each other in the loop you have made. thread back threw both crimps and secure.pull bumper stop down over the two crimps to sit on top loop of swivel.your set now to attach your fish shape down rigger weight and release clip.secondary line can now be attached between the upper two crimps on your cable.
